The warm weather is coming and that means….swimsuit season is upon us.

Drink yourself skinny and flatten your belly with this drink. Not only can you flush away toxicity, but you can also add vital nutrients and minerals to your water.

Drink Yourself Skinny Detox Water Recipe

½ gallon water 1 grapefruit, sliced (can substitute with one lemon)

1 orange, sliced

1 large cucumber, sliced

10-20 peppermint leaves

Ice – as much as you like

Rinse grapefruit, orange, cucumber, and peppermint leaves. Slice the cucumber, grapefruit, and orange. Then combine all ingredients in a half gallon pitcher (preferably glass like this one – click here). Allow ingredients to sit as long as possible (ideally 4-6 hours) for maximum benefits.
