I’m sure I am not the only one that needs that extra boost in the morning or mid-afternoon.

This Chocolate Banana Bliss Smoothie has the perfect combination of protein, carbs, nutrients, and sweetness that will give your body all the good things it needs while still feeling like a treat.


And I can’t think of a better (or healthier!!) way to continue on with my day then with a smoothie.

Chocolate Banana Bliss Smoothie

1 cup almond or coconut milk
1 ripe bananaBananaBliss-
1/2 cup kale
2 tablespoons cashew butter or almond butter
1 tablespoon raw honey or stevia
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder or raw cacao
Ice (optional)
